1. Who May Use Our Services

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any user at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate or that use of our services would be inappropriate or harmful.
2. Nature of Our Services
Health Journeys
BeyondAge provides structured, clinician-led Health Journeys in the areas of Heart Health, Metabolic Health, and Sleep Optimisation. Each Journey involves a consultation call, a health assessment, an assigned specialist physician, a clinical diagnostic panel, and the delivery of a written results report and action plan.
Not a Substitute for Emergency or Primary Care
BeyondAge is a preventive health and longevity medicine platform. It is not an emergency medical service and is not designed to manage acute illness, crisis, or medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact emergency services immediately. BeyondAge is also not a replacement for your general practitioner or any existing treatment programme. We recommend informing your GP that you are undertaking a BeyondAge Health Journey.
Clinical Independence
The physicians engaged by BeyondAge exercise independent clinical judgement. BeyondAge does not direct the clinical decisions of its doctors. Recommendations made by a BeyondAge specialist are based on the information and diagnostic results available at the time and should be treated as professional clinical guidance, not as a definitive or exhaustive medical assessment.
3. Your Account and Information
To use BeyondAge services, you will be required to provide personal and health information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. Providing false or misleading information may affect the quality of care you receive and may result in termination of your access to the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your BeyondAge account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately at contactus@beyondage.health.
4. Scheduling a Consultation Call
Rescheduling
Consultation calls may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated.
5. Your Responsibilities as a User
You agree to engage with the BeyondAge platform and clinical team honestly and in good faith. This includes providing accurate health history, disclosing any medications or conditions that may be relevant to your Journey, and following up with your health guide when contacted.
You agree not to use the BeyondAge platform for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate another person, to attempt to access another user’s account or data, or to interfere with the technical operation of the website.
The clinical recommendations you receive through BeyondAge are intended for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or publish your diagnostic results or action plan in any form without the written consent of BeyondAge and the relevant treating physician.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the BeyondAge website - including text, graphics, the BeyondAge name and logo, the structure of Health Journeys, clinical frameworks, and all other materials - is the intellectual property of BeyondAge or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law.
You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the website without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BeyondAge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on the clinical guidance provided, including any adverse health outcomes resulting from decisions taken in response to a BeyondAge recommendation.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Health Journey to which the claim relates.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The content on the BeyondAge website, including articles, guides, and educational material, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be treated as a substitute for a qualified medical opinion. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
The clinical recommendations delivered as part of a Health Journey are based on the specific diagnostic data and information you have provided. They are intended to inform and support your health decisions, not to replace ongoing care from your GP or treating specialists.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The BeyondAge website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment processors and WhatsApp. These are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. BeyondAge has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. We recommend reviewing the privacy and terms policies of any third-party service you use in connection with BeyondAge.
10. Termination
You may stop using BeyondAge services at any time. If you wish to close your account and have your data deleted, please contact us at contactus@beyondage.health in accordance with the process set out in our Privacy Policy.
BeyondAge may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms, if we have reasonable grounds to believe your use of the platform is harmful to other users or to the platform itself, or if we are required to do so by law. Where termination is initiated by us for reasons other than your breach, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of a purchased Journey.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of BeyondAge services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
